Having your Anesthesia tested yearly is an OSHA Regulation.
If you are needing your anesthesia tested and serviced, contact us to be sure that you are not over spending. Our meters are designed to take live readings instead of just sample readings. So if your vaporizer has a hick-up, our display screen will catch it where as sample readings will not. They take a sample from about 20 seconds of run time and gives you your average output.
Did you know if your machine tips, it needs to be retested. Inside the vaporizer are about 130 parts and when the system tips, it can deposit debris in places that will throw off your dosage.
How does debris get into the vaporizer? Sometimes it comes through your oxygen tank, but mostly it is the dust and particulate that surrounds the ISO or SEVO fill.
Soda sorb should be changed out a minimum of every month. Most of the time you cannot see the granuals turn purple, but in 4 weeks time, they are usually spent. Do not forget to weight your F/R canisters also. The weight is how you know it is full.

Our line of anesthesia machines have all the options you could need. And at a cost of $3,100 installed with vaporizer, this is an excellent cost saver. Order it with a mobile stand or wall mount. The wall mount is attached to an arm that easily pulls out from the wall and then tucks away when not needed.
